Effect of silane coating surface treatment on friction and wear properties of carbon fiber/PI composites

چکیده
Abstract PAN-based carbon fiber was surface-modified with silane coating, and a composite material prepared using PI resin as matrix. The structure surface properties of fibers were studied by means X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) SEM. tensile strength the measured tester, friction micro-nano mechanics comprehensive test system. results show that treatment coating can improve roughness chemical activity fiber, interface between matrix, wear rate composite.
